By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket sales for the Strawberry Festival are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

2. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Guests are responsible for informing staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we strive to accommodate these needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

3. Alcohol Service (21+ Only) ID REQUIRED
Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21 years of age and older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests who wish to consume alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide proper identification or appears visibly intoxicated.

4. Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the activities, entertainment, or schedule if necessary. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible

5. No Shows
Guests who do not attend the event forfeit their ticket and payment. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.

6. Photography and Media Release
By attending, you consent to photography and/or video recording for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

7. Liability
The event organizers and venue are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the event.
