Night Time Cornmaze Terms and Conditions

1. Admission & Age Policy
Admission is required for participation in Fun Zone activities.
Guests aged three (3) years and older must purchase an admission ticket to access the Fun Zone.
Children aged two (2) and under may enter and participate in Fun Zone activities free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Admission does not include the following activities:
Food
U-Pick Fruit
U-Pick Sunflowers
Paintball
Apple Cannon
Separate fees may apply for these activities.

2. Pets
Dogs and other pets are not permitted on the Event premises.
This policy is strictly enforced to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Service animals specifically trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted, consistent with applicable law.

3. Photography, Videography, and Media Use
By entering the Event premises, you grant Organizer and its affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record your image, likeness, and voice.
These recordings may be used, without compensation, for promotional and commercial purposes across all forms of media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.

4. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverages will be served exclusively to guests who are 21 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo identification must be presented at the time of purchase.
Organizer reserves the right to refuse service to any individual without proper identification or who appears intoxicated.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Attendance at the Event is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with outdoor events, including but not limited to physical activity, uneven terrain, and interaction with equipment and other guests.
Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Organizer is not liable for allergic reactions or other adverse medical events unless the attendee has explicitly informed Organizer or vendors of such allergies prior to consumption or exposure.

6. Modifications and Cancellations
Organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any portion of the Event, including but not limited to activities, vendors, schedules, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time and without prior notice due to weather, safety, staffing, or other operational considerations.

7. Compliance
Guests must comply with all posted rules, signage, and instructions from Event staff. Noncompliance may result in removal from the premises without refund.

By attending the Night Time Cornmaze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
