ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Tickets are nonrefundable. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations by the ticket holder, failure to attend, or inability to attend the scheduled rain date.

WEATHER AND RAIN DATE

If Abbott Farms determines that weather or farm conditions prevent the event from being held safely on the designated date the event will be rescheduled for the next day at 7pm.

All original tickets will automatically be honored on the rain date. Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event.

ALCOHOL POLICY

No outside alcohol is permitted. Alcohol purchased at Abbott Farms must be consumed responsibly and only in designated areas.

This is a 21+ event so you must be 21 or older to participate. We check ID's.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER

This event takes place after dark in an outdoor corn maze on an active farm. Participation involves inherent risks, including limited visibility, uneven, wet, muddy, or slippery ground, holes, roots, corn stalks, changing weather, insects, natural obstacles, physical activity, and contact with other participants.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in this event, each attendee acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the inherent risks associated with participation. Attendees agree to exercise reasonable caution and follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Abbott Farms staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee accepts responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the inherent risks of participating in the event and releases and holds harmless Abbott Farms, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from those inherent risks.

Nothing in these terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

By completing a ticket purchase, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all event policies and terms listed above.
